Ceramic Pro once again returned to the Top Gear Festival Sydney on the 8th-9th March 2014 following the success from the first Top Gear Festival in 2013 where they displayed a stunning Lamborghini Performante at the Ceramic Pro marquee.

Not only was the Ceramic Pro Paint Protection Ferrari 360 F1 Challenge Stradale looking stunning and received a lot of compliments but there was a plethora of exotic supercars on display from Rolls Royce’s, Ferrari’s, McLaren’s, Lamborghini’s, Pagani and even a stunning Koenigsegg!

The Ceramic Pro Ferrari 360 F1 Challenge Stradale was prepared by Superior Shine, this wasn’t the only car at the Top Gear Festival that was detailed by Superior Shine or coated with Ceramic Pro, there was also a stunning Lamborghini Murcielago (BATM4N) and a unique Honda NSX at the Supercar Display and also a highly tuned Holden Grange from our good friends at Oztrack Tuning!

There is no doubt that this Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano is one stunning piece of machinery, designed with several objectives in mind, to increase driving pleasure, guarantee performance and to ensure comfort and safety. Named the 599 after its engine displacement and GTB short for Gran Turismo Berlinetta, and Fiorano after the famous private track Ferrari uses to hone its F1 and road cars.

This stunning red paint on this Ferrari unfortunately was full of swirl marks and contamination, a total of 14 man hours was spent on just the exterior alone of this vehicle, decontaminating the paint and removing heavy tar deposits, once the paint work was free of contamination multiple paint correction stages were used to correct the paint work to produce a stunning imperfection free finish.

Once the paint work was gleaming and exceeding what you would expect a Ferrari of this calibre to look like it was then coated and protected [...]

When buying a new car the car dealership will try to sell you their Paint Protection, which will no doubt be overpriced and promise to protect your car from what sounds like the impossible, from our first hand experience of seeing hundreds of customers cars every year we have seen nearly every type of paint protection system out there and know exactly which one’s don’t perform all that well or live up to their hype!
